자연재해대책법 시행령 제34조(중앙합동조사단의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제47조제1항에 따른 중앙합동조사단(이하 "중앙합동조사단"이라 한다)의 단장은 행정안전부의 5급 이상 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원으로 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 중앙합동조사단의 단장은 중앙대책본부장의 명을 받아 중앙합동조사단에 관한 사무를 총괄하고 중앙합동조사단에 소속된 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다. <개정 2014.8.6>

③ 중앙합동조사단에 소속되는 중앙합동조사단원의 수는 피해규모에 따라 중앙대책본부장이 정한다. <개정 2014.8.6>

④ 제73조에 따라 시ㆍ도 본부장에게 위임된 사무와 피해 조사의 원활한 수행을 위하여 시ㆍ도 본부장 소속으로 지방합동조사단을 편성ㆍ운영한다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2017.1.26>

⑤ 중앙대책본부장은 지진 피해에 대한 전문적인 조사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 중앙합동조사단과 별도로 관계 전문가를 포함한 지진조사단을 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2014.8.6>
