자연재해대책법 시행령 제5조(재해영향평가심의위원회의 구성 및 운영)

Enforcement Decree of the Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act, Article 5 (Composition and Operation of the Disaster Impact Assessment Deliberation Committee)

① 법 제4조제8항에 따라 행정안전부장관이 구성ㆍ운영하는 재해영향평가심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 및 부위원장을 포함하여 20명 이상 100명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2017.1.26, 2017.7.26, 2018.10.23, 2021.10.19, 2024.2.6>
