장애인ㆍ노인ㆍ임산부 등의 편의증진 보장에 관한 법률 제12조(설치계획의 수립ㆍ시행 및 보고)

① 시설주관기관은 편의시설 설치를 촉진하기 위하여 소관 대상시설에 대한 편의시설 설치계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 편의시설 설치계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 시설주관기관은 제1항에 따른 편의시설 설치계획과 시행 실적을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

④ 보건복지부장관은 제3항에 따라 제출된 계획 등을 종합하여 제12조의2에 따른 편의증진심의회의 심의를 거쳐 편의시설 설치에 관한 국가종합계획을 수립하여야 한다.
