장애인복지법 제38조(자녀교육비 지급)

①장애인복지실시기관은 경제적 부담능력 등을 고려하여 장애인이 부양하는 자녀 또는 장애인인 자녀의 교육비를 지급할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따른 교육비 지급 대상ㆍ기준 및 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
