재외국민보호를 위한 영사조력법 시행령 제14조(미성년자인 재외국민에 대한 영사조력)

① 재외공관의 장은 법 제14조제1항에 따라 미성년자인 재외국민에게 사건ㆍ사고가 발생한 사실을 해당 재외국민의 법정대리인 또는 가족 등 연고자에게 알릴 수 없거나 그 법정대리인 또는 가족 등 연고자가 해당 재외국민을 인도받는 것을 거부하는 경우에는 주재국 관계 기관의 보호조치 등 필요한 조치가 이루어지도록 노력해야 한다.

② 재외공관의 장은 미성년자인 재외국민의 국내 이송이 필요하다고 판단하는 경우에는 해당 재외국민의 귀국을 위한 동행조치 등 필요한 행정적 지원을 할 수 있다.

③ 재외공관의 장은 제2항에 따라 귀국하는 미성년자인 재외국민의 국내 거주 및 보호를 위하여 행정안전부장관과 해당 재외국민의 국내 주소지 또는 등록기준지를 관할하는 지방자치단체의 장 등에게 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
