전기사업법 시행령 제19조의2(사업정지 명령 및 해제 절차 등)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제31조의2제2항에 따라 발전사업자에게 사업정지를 명한 때에는 그 사실을 법 제35조에 따른 한국전력거래소 및 「한국전력공사법」에 따른 한국전력공사에 알려야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 법 제31조의2제2항에 따라 사업정지 명령을 받은 자는 「산지관리법」 제39조제2항에 따른 중간복구준공을 완료한 때에는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업정지 명령의 해제를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 법 제31조의2제3항에서 "계절적 요인으로 복구준공이 불가피하게 지연되거나 부분 복구준공이 가능한 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유가 있는 때"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.

④ 법 제31조의2제3항에 따라 사업정지 명령의 유예를 받으려는 자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업정지 명령의 유예를 신청해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
