전기사업법 시행령 제23조(전력산업기반조성계획의 수립 등)

① 법 제47조제1항에 따른 전력산업기반조성계획(이하 "전력산업기반조성계획"이라 한다)은 3년 단위로 수립ㆍ시행한다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 전력산업기반조성계획을 수립하려는 경우에는 전력정책심의회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 이를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 전력산업기반조성계획을 수립할 때에는 「석탄산업법」 제3조에 따른 석탄산업장기계획에서의 석탄 사용량과, 발전연료로 석탄을 사용하는 발전사업자에 대한 전력거래 가격 및 발전에 따른 비용과의 차액 보전(補塡) 방안 등을 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
