전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제151조(기본계획의 확정)

① 통합특별시장이 기본계획을 수립ㆍ변경 또는 폐지할 때에는 통합특별시의회에 보고하여야 한다.

② 통합특별시장은 기본계획을 수립ㆍ변경 또는 폐지할 경우 통합특별시조례로 정하는 바에 따라 고시하고 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 지원위원회와 통합특별시교육감에게 통보하여야 한다.
