전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제186조(국가첨단전략산업 특화단지 지정에 관한 특례)

① 산업통상부장관은 통합특별시장이 「국가첨단전략산업 경쟁력 강화 및 보호에 관한 특별조치법」 제16조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 국가첨단전략산업 특화단지의 지정을 신청하는 경우 해당 지역을 국가첨단전략산업 특화단지로 우선 지정할 수 있다.

② 국가는 「국가첨단전략산업 경쟁력 강화 및 보호에 관한 특별조치법」 제16조에 따라 전략산업 특화단지로 지정된 지역의 효율적인 조성 및 운영을 위하여 관련 예산의 집행, 인허가등에 관한 권한을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 통합특별시장에게 위임할 수 있다.
