전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제242조(인공지능 클러스터 조성 특례)

① 통합특별시장은 인공지능 산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 연구개발 거점, 기반시설, 재생에너지를 유기적으로 연계한 광역 단위 클러스터(이하 "클러스터"라 한다)를 지정할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 may메이 designate데저그네잇 a어 wide-area와이드-에^r리아 cluster클러스터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "cluster")클러스터 that^ð댓 organically오개니클리 links링크스 research^r리서치 and앤드 development디^v벨럽먼트 hubs,허브즈 infrastructure,인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 renewable^r리누어블 energy,에너지 in인 order오더 to투 strengthen스트^r렝^θ쓴 the^ð더 global글로우블 competitiveness컴페티티^v브니스 of어^v브 the^ð디 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 industry.인더스트^r리

② 국가는 클러스터 내의 다음 각 호의 시설에 대하여 구축ㆍ확충 및 기능 고도화를 직접 수행하거나 지원하여야 하며, 이에 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적ㆍ기술적 지원을 할 수 있다.

③ 국가는 제2항 각 호의 시설이 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 해당 시설의 운영에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다.

④ 국가는 클러스터의 지속 성장을 위하여 대학ㆍ연구기관ㆍ기업이 연계된 전문인력 양성 및 글로벌 인재 유치 사업을 우선적으로 지원할 수 있다.

⑤ 클러스터 내 시설 구축, 기업 이전 등 관련 사업은 국가 인공지능 정책 실현을 위하여 필요한 사업으로 보며, 관계 행정기관의 장은 해당 사업과 관련된 인허가를 의제 처리하거나 신속히 추진할 수 있다.
