전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제319조(저출생대응기금에 관한 특례)

① 통합특별시장은 통합특별시의 저출생 대응에 필요한 재원 조성을 위하여 통합특별시조례로 정하는 바에 따라 저출생대응기금을 설치할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 may메이 establish이스태블리시 a어 low로우 birth버^θ스 rate^r레잇 response^r리스판스 fund^f펀드 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 ordinance오더넌스 to투 create크^r리에잇 the^ð더 financial^f퍼낸실 resources^r리소시즈 necessary네서세^r리 to투 respond^r리스판드 to투 the^ð더 low로우 birth버^θ스 rate^r레잇 in인 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City.시티

② 제1항에 따른 저출생대응기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 저출생대응기금은 통합특별시가 추진하는 저출생 대응과 관련된 사업에 지원한다.

(3) The^ð더 low로우 birth버^θ스 rate^r레잇 response^r리스판스 fund^f펀드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 support서포트 projects프^r라젝츠 related^r릴레이티드 to투 responding^r리스판딩 to투 the^ð더 low로우 birth버^θ스 rate^r레잇 promoted프^r러모우티드 by바이 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City.시티

④ 제1항에 따른 저출생대응기금의 설치 및 운용에 필요한 사항은 통합특별시조례로 정한다.
