전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제57조(균형발전기금 설치ㆍ운용)

① 통합특별시장은 통합특별시의 지역 간 격차를 해소하고 동일 생활권 및 지역 간 경쟁적 중복투자로 인한 비효율을 해소하여 통합특별시 관할구역 안에 있는 지방자치단체 상호 간 연계 및 협력을 확대하기 위하여 이 법에 따라 균형발전기금을 설치ㆍ운영한다.
