전통사찰의 보존 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(전통사찰보존위원회의 구성과 운영)

①법 제7조제2항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사가 전통사찰보존위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원을 위촉할 때에는 관할 전통사찰이나 다른 사찰의 주지, 그 밖에 불교문화 및 불교 관련 국가유산에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자가 5명 이상이 되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

②위원장을 포함한 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 two투 years.이어즈

③위원장은 위원회를 대표하며 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. 다만, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 회의에 참석할 수 없는 경우에는 위원 중에서 연장자가 그 직무를 대행한다.

④위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 시ㆍ도지사가 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다.

(5) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 under언더 his히즈 or오 her허 authority.어^θ쏘^r러티

⑥위원회의 운영에 필요한 그 밖의 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.

(6) Other어^ð더 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티
