정보통신공사업법 시행령 제24조의2(대기업인 공사업자의 기준 등)

① 법 제24조의2제5항에 따라 대기업인 공사업자가 국가, 지방자치단체, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관 또는 「지방공기업법」에 따른 지방공기업(이하 "국가등"이라 한다)이 발주하는 공사에 참여하여 도급받을 수 있는 공사금액의 하한은 10억원으로 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 공사금액의 제한을 받는 대기업인 공사업자는 다음 각 호의 자로 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 공사금액에 관한 기준은 국가등이 계약 관련 법령에 따라 수의계약으로 발주하는 공사에 대해서는 적용하지 않을 수 있다.
