정보통신산업 진흥법 시행령 제22조(기금의 운용ㆍ관리에 관한 사무의 위탁 등)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제45조제2항에 따라 법 제41조에 따른 정보통신진흥기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 운용ㆍ관리에 관한 사무의 일부를 「전파법」 제66조제1항에 따른 한국방송통신전파진흥원(이하 "전파진흥원"이라 한다)에 위탁한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.12.15, 2017.7.26>

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 45 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 shall섈 entrust엔트^r러스트 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð디 Information인^f퍼메이션 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Promotion프^r러모우션 Fund^f펀드 under언더 Article아터클 41 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Fund")^f펀드 to투 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Agency에이전시 under언더 Article아터클 66 (1) of어^v브 the^ð더 Radio^r레이디오우 Waves웨이^v브즈 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Radio^r레이디오우 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency").에이전시

② 전파진흥원이 제1항에 따른 위탁을 받아 기금의 운용ㆍ관리에 관한 사무를 처리하는 데에 드는 비용은 기금의 부담으로 한다. <개정 2015.12.15>

(2) The^ð더 costs카스츠 incurred인커드 by바이 the^ð더 Radio^r레이디오우 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 in인 handling핸들링 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 concerning컨서닝 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 borne본 by바이 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 「은행법」 또는 그 밖의 법률에 따른 금융기관을 통하여 기금을 대출자금으로 운용할 수 있다. 이 경우 대출금리 등 대출에 필요한 사항은 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.12.30>
