제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제15조(자치경찰공무원의 보수)

① 자치경찰공무원의 봉급월액과 초임호봉 및 승진 시의 호봉 획정에 관하여는 「공무원보수규정」 제5조, 제8조, 제11조(제3항은 제외한다), 별표 10, 별표 15, 별표 15의2, 별표 16 및 별표 28 중 경찰공무원에 관한 규정을 준용하고, 그 밖의 보수(제2항에 따른 수당 등은 제외한다)의 지급에 관하여는 「지방공무원 보수규정」에 따른다. <개정 2020.12.31>

② 자치경찰공무원의 대우공무원수당, 위험근무수당, 특수업무수당 등의 지급에 관하여는 「공무원수당 등에 관한 규정」 제6조의2, 제13조, 제14조, 제15조제2항ㆍ제3항, 제17조의2, 제18조의6, 별표 8, 별표 9, 별표 11부터 별표 13까지 및 별표 15 중 경찰공무원에 관한 규정을 준용하고, 그 밖의 수당 등의 지급에 관하여는 「지방공무원 수당 등에 관한 규정」에 따른다. <개정 2020.12.31>

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따라 「공무원보수규정」과 「공무원수당 등에 관한 규정」을 준용할 때 "공무원"과 "경찰공무원ㆍ소방공무원"은 각각 "자치경찰공무원"으로, "경무관"은 "자치경무관"으로, "총경"은 "자치총경"으로, "경정"은 "자치경정"으로, "경감"은 "자치경감"으로, "경위"는 "자치경위"로, "경사"는 "자치경사"로, "경장"은 "자치경장"으로, "순경"은 "자치순경"으로 본다.
