주민소환에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조(서명요청 활동기간)

법 제9조제1항에 따른 서명요청 활동기간은 시ㆍ도지사에 대한 주민소환투표청구의 경우에는 법 제27조제1항에 따라 주민소환투표청구인대표자(이하 "소환청구인대표자"라 한다) 증명서 교부 사실을 공표한 날부터 120일 이내로, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 지방의회의원에 대한 주민소환투표청구의 경우에는 소환청구인대표자 증명서 교부 사실을 공표한 날부터 60일 이내로 한다.
