① 주택조합의 발기인 또는 임원은 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 해당 주택조합의 실적보고서를 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업연도별로 분기마다 작성하여야 한다. <신설 2020.1.23>

③ 제2항에 따른 서류 및 다음 각 호를 포함하여 주택조합사업의 시행에 관한 서류와 관련 자료를 조합원이 열람ㆍ복사 요청을 한 경우 주택조합의 발기인 또는 임원은 15일 이내에 그 요청에 따라야 한다. 이 경우 복사에 필요한 비용은 실비의 범위에서 청구인이 부담한다. <개정 2020.1.23>

④ 주택조합의 발기인 또는 임원은 원활한 사업추진과 조합원의 권리 보호를 위하여 연간 자금운용 계획 및 자금 집행 실적 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 서류 및 자료를 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 정기적으로 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2019.12.10, 2020.1.23>
