주택법 제9조(등록말소 처분 등을 받은 자의 사업 수행)

제8조에 따라 등록말소 또는 영업정지 처분을 받은 등록사업자는 그 처분 전에 제15조에 따른 사업계획승인을 받은 사업은 계속 수행할 수 있다. 다만, 등록말소 처분을 받은 등록사업자가 그 사업을 계속 수행할 수 없는 중대하고 명백한 사유가 있을 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
