3. 새로 운영하거나 추가하려는 업종, 새로 추가하는 제품ㆍ서비스 또는 새로운 제공방식과 관련된 업종(이하 "사업전환하려는 업종"이라 한다)이 제조업 및 서비스업(한국표준산업분류상 농업, 임업, 어업, 광업, 제조업, 전기ㆍ가스ㆍ증기 및 수도사업과 건설업을 제외한 업종을 말한다)에 포함되고, 「중소기업창업 지원법 시행령」 제4조에 따른 업종에 해당하지 아니할 것
