중증장애인생산품 우선구매 특별법 시행령 제12조(품질인증의 절차)

① 법 제8조제1항에 따른 품질인증을 받으려는 자는 별지 제1호서식의 중증장애인생산품 품질인증 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2010.3.15>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 obtain어브테인 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 under언더 Article아터클 8 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 quality콸러티 certification서터^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 products프^r라덕츠 of어^v브 severely서^v비어리 disabled디세이블드 persons퍼슨즈 in인 Attached어태치트 Form^f폼 No.노우 1, together터게^ð더 with위^ð드 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 documents:다큐먼츠

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 품질인증 신청을 받은 경우에는 제11조에 따라 생산시설에 대한 심사와 중증장애인생산품에 대한 검사를 하고, 품질인증 기준에 적합한 경우에는 별지 제2호서식의 중증장애인생산품 품질인증서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2010.3.15, 2012.2.3>
