지뢰피해자 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제8조(위원회 등의 운영에 필요한 사항)

① 위원회 및 각 실무위원회에 참석하는 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 소관 업무와 직접 관련되어 참석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 법 제15조에 따라 위원회 등에 출석한 증인 또는 참고인에게는 예산의 범위에서 여비와 실비(實費)를 지급할 수 있다.

③ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 및 각 실무위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
