지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제11조(교육훈련대상자의 선발)

① 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 직급ㆍ직렬ㆍ담당직무ㆍ경력 및 건강상태 등을 고려하여 교육훈련과정별 선발기준에 맞는 소속 공무원을 교육훈련대상자로 선발해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

② 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 교육훈련이 시작되기 10일 전까지 교육훈련대상자의 명단을 교육훈련기관의 장에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

③ 제2항에 따른 통보를 받은 교육훈련기관의 장은 교육훈련대상자가 교육훈련과정별 선발기준을 크게 벗어난다고 인정되면 대상자를 교체해 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 지체 없이 교육훈련대상자를 다시 선발하여 통보해야 한다. <개정 2021.11.30>

④ 교육훈련대상자로 선발된 공무원은 교육훈련이 시작되기 전까지 교육훈련기관에 등록하여야 하며, 교육훈련기간 중에는 해당 교육훈련기관의 장의 지시에 따라야 한다.

⑤ 교육훈련기관의 장은 교육성과를 향상시키고 교육훈련대상자를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 교육훈련대상자로 선발된 사람에 대한 다음 각 호의 개인정보를 수집ㆍ이용할 수 있다.
