지방교육자치에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(교육지원청의 명칭 등)

① 법 제34조제2항에 따른 교육지원청의 명칭은 교육지원청 관할구역의 명칭 또는 지리적 위치 등 관할구역의 범위를 미루어 알 수 있는 용어에 "교육지원청"을 붙여 정한다. <개정 2026.5.6>

② 교육감은 법 제34조제2항에 따른 교육지원청별 관할구역에도 불구하고 학교 교육의 효과적인 지원을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 교육규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 특정 교육지원청을 지정하여 다른 교육지원청 사무의 일부를 처리하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2026.5.6>
