지방교육재정교부금법 시행령 제10조의2(고등학교 등의 무상교육 경비 부담에 관한 특례)

법 제14조의2제2항에 따라 시ㆍ도 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구가 교육비특별회계로 전출해야 하는 금액은 다음 각 호에 따른 급여ㆍ지원 및 지급 항목 중 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제10조의2제1항 각 호의 비용에 해당하는 항목의 급여ㆍ지원 및 지급을 위하여 시ㆍ도 및 시ㆍ군ㆍ구가 법률 제16672호 초ㆍ중등교육법 일부개정법률 제10조의2의 시행 전에 각각 부담하던 금액 등을 고려하여 교육부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
The amount that a Si/Do and a Si/Gun/Gu must transfer to the education special account pursuant to Article 14-2 (2) of the Act shall be determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Education, taking into consideration the amounts, etc. that the Si/Do and the Si/Gun/Gu respectively bore before the enforcement of Article 10-2 of the Act Partially Amending the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (Act No. 16672) for the provision of benefits, support, and payments for the items corresponding to the costs under the subparagraphs of Article 10-2 (1) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act among the following benefits, support, and payment items:
1. 「국민기초생활 보장법」 제12조에 따른 교육급여
1. Educational benefits under Article 12 of the National Basic Living Security Act;
2. Welfare benefits under Article 12 of the Single-Parent Family Support Act;
3. 「농어업인 삶의 질 향상 및 농어촌지역 개발촉진에 관한 특별법」 제23조에 따른 농어촌학교 학생의 교육 지원
3. Educational support for students at farming and fishing village schools under Article 23 of the Special Act on Improving the Quality of Life of Farmers and Fishers and Promoting the Development of Farming and Fishing Villages.
