지방재정법 시행령 제54조의3(예산낭비신고포상금의 지급)

① 행정안전부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게 1천만원 이하의 포상금을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 같은 사유로 「국민 제안 규정」 또는 그 밖의 다른 법령에 따라 포상 등이 지급된 경우로서 본문에 따른 포상금을 지급하는 것이 부적절하다고 인정되는 경우에는 포상금을 지급하지 않는다.

② 제1항에 따른 포상금의 구체적인 지급 기준, 방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부장관이 정한다.
