①법 제6조제1항에 따른 신설ㆍ개설 또는 증설의 허가를 받아야 하는 열생산시설은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 1999.6.30, 2003.11.29, 2007.11.28, 2011.3.30, 2014.12.30, 2016.8.11>

1. 지역냉난방사업이 시행되는 공급대상지역 안의 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 열생산시설

가. 「주택법」 제2조제3호에 따른 공동주택(다세대주택을 제외하며, 이하 "공동주택"이라 한다)에서 사용되는 보일러 및 열병합발전시설

다. 주택 외의 건축물에서 사용되는 냉방을 위한 열생산시설로서 건축연면적이 3천제곱미터 이상인 건축물에서 사용되는 열생산시설

(c)시 Heat힛 production프^r러덕션 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 for^f포 cooling쿨링 used유즈드 in인 buildings빌딩즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 houses,하우시즈 used유즈드 in인 buildings빌딩즈 with위^ð드 a어 gross그^r로우스 floor^f플로 area에^r리아 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 3,000 square스퀘어 meters;미터즈

라. 주택 외의 건축물에서 사용되는 냉방을 위한 열생산시설로서 열생산용량의 합이 시간당 30만킬로칼로리 이상인 열생산시설
