징발법 시행령 제12조(보상기준)

1. 부동산(멸실된 경우를 포함한다), 권리 및 비소모품인 동산은 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」에 따른 감정평가법인등이 감정평가한 가액(價額)을 기준으로 한다.
