책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(기관장의 보수)

① 법 제9조에 따른 기관장의 보수(성과연봉은 제외한다)는 「공무원보수규정」 및 「공무원수당 등에 관한 규정」에 따른다.

② 책임운영기관이 소속된 중앙행정기관(이하 "소속중앙행정기관"이라 한다)의 장은 기관장의 성과연봉 지급액, 지급 절차 및 방법 등을 따로 정할 수 있다. 이 경우 소속중앙행정기관의 장이 따로 정하지 않으면 행정안전부장관이 기본연봉의 25퍼센트 이내에서 성과연봉의 지급액, 지급 절차 및 방법 등을 정하여 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.27, 2017.7.26>

③ 소속중앙행정기관의 장이 제2항 본문에 따라 기관장의 성과연봉 지급액 등을 정하는 경우 또는 행정안전부장관이 제2항 단서에 따라 기관장의 성과연봉 지급액 등을 정하여 권고하는 경우에는 법 제12조에 따른 소속책임운영기관 사업 성과의 평가 및 법 제51조에 따른 종합평가 결과를 반영하여야 한다. <신설 2011.6.7, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
