체육시설의 설치ㆍ이용에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(회원의 보호)

1. 회원자격의 양도ㆍ양수회원이 그 자격을 다른 사람에게 양도하려는 경우에는 양수하려는 자가 제17조제2호다목에 따른 회원의 자격제한 기준에 해당하는 경우 외에는 이를 제한하여서는 아니 되며, 회원자격을 양수하는 자로부터 회원자격의 양도ㆍ양수에 따른 일체의 비용을 징수하는 경우 그 금액은 실비(實費)를 기준으로 한 금액이어야 한다.

1. 2. 입회금액(회원으로 최초 가입하는 자가 회원자격을 부여받는 대가로 회원을 모집하는 자에게 내는 모든 금액을 말하되, 회원으로 최초 가입하는 자가 회원에 가입할 때 법률에 따라 설치된 기금에 기부한 금액은 제외한다)의 반환회원의 탈퇴 또는 탈퇴자에 대한 입회금액의 반환시기 등에 관하여는 회원을 모집한 자와 회원 간의 약정에 따르되, 회원으로 가입한 이후 회원 권익에 관한 약정이 변경되는 경우에는 기존 회원은 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 탈퇴자가 입회금의 반환을 요구하는 경우에는 지체 없이 이를 반환해야 한다.

3. 회원자격의 존속기한을 정한 회원(이하 "연회원"이라 한다)에 대한 입회금액의 반환연회원이 회원자격의 존속기한이 끝나 입회금의 반환을 요구하는 경우에는 요구한 날부터 10일 이내에 반환하여야 한다. 다만, 입회금의 반환 여부 등에 관한 약정이 있는 경우에는 그 약정에 따른다.

3. 4. 회원증의 확인ㆍ발급회원이 입회한 날부터 30일 이내에 회원증을 작성하여 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원에게 확인ㆍ발급하여야 한다. 회원자격을 양수한 회원의 경우에도 또한 같다.

5. 회원 대표기구회원이 회원을 대표하는 운영위원회를 구성할 것을 요구하는 경우 회원 10명 이상으로 구성하게 하여야 하고, 회원의 권익에 관한 사항은 그 운영위원회와 미리 협의하여야 한다.
