① 법 제17조제1항에 따라 체육시설의 회원을 모집하려는 자는 회원모집계획서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 등록 체육시설업은 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하고, 신고 체육시설업은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 회원모집계획서의 내용을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2010.4.13, 2019.10.29>
