초ㆍ중등교육법 제60조의11(비용의 징수)

① 속임수나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제60조의5제1항에 따른 교육비를 지원받거나 학생으로 하여금 지원받게 한 경우에는 교육부장관 또는 교육감은 그 교육비의 전부 또는 일부를 교육비를 지원받은 자 또는 지원받게 한 자로부터 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2025.3.18>

② 제1항에 따라 징수할 금액은 교육비를 지원받은 자 또는 지원받게 한 자에게 통지하여 징수하고, 교육비를 지원받은 자 또는 지원받게 한 자가 이에 따르지 아니하는 경우 국세 또는 지방세 체납처분의 예에 따라 징수한다. <개정 2021.3.23>
