태권도 진흥 및 태권도공원 조성 등에 관한 법률 제19조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

① 국기원은 제19조제1항제2호(태권도 승품ㆍ승단 심사에 한정한다)의 사업을 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 본인의 동의를 받아 「개인정보 보호법」 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

② 국기원은 제1항에 따른 정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 때에는 해당 정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 보호하여야 한다.
