Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Land Use Regulations, Article 23 (Entrustment of Authority)

① 법 제23조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관 또는 단체"란 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제5조에 따른 공공기관을 말한다.
