평생교육법 제6조(교육과정 등)

평생교육의 교육과정ㆍ방법ㆍ시간 등에 관하여 이 법과 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 평생교육을 실시하는 자가 정하되, 학습자의 필요와 실용성을 존중하여야 한다.
