Korea Institute for Employment and Labor Education Act, Article 9 (Grounds for Disqualification of Officers)
「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제34조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 교육원의 임원이 될 수 없다.
A person falling under any subparagraph of Article 34 (1) of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions may not become an officer of the Institute.
