Article 4 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 한국재정정보원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 한국재정정보원은 정관을 변경할 때에는 기획예산처장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
