한국재정정보원법 제7조(임원의 직무)

① 원장은 한국재정정보원을 대표하고 업무를 총괄하며, 임기 중 한국재정정보원의 경영 성과에 대하여 책임을 진다.

② 상임이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 한국재정정보원의 사무를 나누어 맡으며, 원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순서에 따라 상임이사가 그 직무를 대행한다.
