한국재정정보원법 제6조(임원)

① 한국재정정보원에 임원으로서 원장 1명을 포함한 7명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 둔다.

② 한국재정정보원의 원장(이하 "원장"이라 한다)은 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따라 한국재정정보원에 두는 임원추천위원회가 복수로 추천한 사람 중에서 기획예산처장관이 임명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 이사는 상임과 비상임으로 구분한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 임원의 임면 등에 관하여는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 및 정관으로 정하는 바에 따른다.
