Korea Housing Finance Corporation Act, Article 64 (Requests for Provision of Data)

① 공사는 제22조제1항제1호, 제2호, 제5호, 제7호부터 제9호까지, 제9호의2 및 제10호부터 제12호까지에 따른 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 주택금융 이용자, 그 배우자 등과 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 자(이하 "대상자등"이라 한다)의 동의를 받아 대법원 등 국가기관, 지방자치단체, 금융회사등(「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호의 금융회사등과 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 신용정보회사등을 말한다. 이하 같다), 「국민연금법」에 따른 국민연금공단, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공공단체(이하 "관계기관"이라 한다)의 장에게 다음 각 호의 자료 또는 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2021.12.7>

② 공사는 제1항에 따른 자료 또는 정보를 요청하기 전에 대상자등에게 같은 항 각 호의 자료 또는 정보를 관계기관으로부터 제공받는다는 사실에 대한 동의를 서면(「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제2조제1호에 따른 전자문서를 포함한다)으로 제출받아야 한다. <개정 2021.12.7>
