항만공사법 시행령 제13조(사용료 및 임대료의 종류 등)

① 법 제30조제1항에 따라 공사(법 제42조제1항에 따라 여객터미널 등의 관리ㆍ운영에 관한 사업을 위탁받은 법인을 포함한다. 이하 이 조, 제14조, 제15조 및 제15조의2에서 같다)가 징수할 수 있는 사용료 및 임대료의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2012.8.28>

② 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따른 사용료 및 임대료의 세부 구분 및 내용에 관하여 필요한 사항은 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <신설 2012.8.28, 2013.3.23>

③ 공사는 법 제4조제4항에 따라 공사의 관할구역 및 관할권을 행사할 수 있는 항만구역 외의 항만시설에서 「해운법」에 따른 해상여객운송사업, 해상화물운송사업 또는 해운대리점업을 경영하는 자가 다수의 승객 또는 화물을 동시에 운송하는 경우로서 이 영 제12조제1항제3호에 따라 공사에 신고를 하고 항만시설의 사용료를 한꺼번에 대신하여 냈을 때에는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 사업자에게 사용료 대납(代納)에 든 경비를 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2012.8.28, 2013.3.23, 2017.6.20>
