Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Marine and Fisheries Development, Article 3 (Formulation and Amendment of the Basic Plan)

① 법 제6조에 따른 해양수산발전기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)은 해양수산부장관이 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여 수립한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 기본계획의 수립에 필요한 자료로 이용하도록 소관별 계획을 작성하여 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 해양수산부장관은 기본계획을 변경하려는 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <신설 2017.10.17>

(3) To투 amend어멘드 the^ð더 Basic베이식 Plan,플랜 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 consult컨설트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies.에이전시즈

④ 법 제6조제3항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다. <신설 2017.10.17>
