Act on Special Cases concerning the Statute of Limitations, etc. for Crimes Destroying the Constitutional Order, Article 3 (Exclusion of Application of the Statute of Limitations)

다음 각 호의 범죄에 대하여는 「형사소송법」 제249조부터 제253조까지 및 「군사법원법」 제291조부터 제295조까지에 규정된 공소시효를 적용하지 아니한다.
