형사소송비용 등에 관한 법률 제11조(소송비용의 청구기한)
Act on Criminal Litigation Costs, etc., Article 11 (Time Limit for Claiming Litigation Costs)
제2조에 따른 소송비용은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기한까지 청구하지 아니하면 지급하지 아니한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 해당 기한까지 청구하지 못한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
Litigation costs under Article 2 shall not be paid unless claimed by the time limits determined according to the following classification. However, this shall not apply where the claim could not be made by the time limit for unavoidable reasons:
1. 재판에 의하여 소송절차가 종료되는 경우: 그 재판이 있기까지
1. Where the litigation proceedings are terminated by a judgment: until the judgment is rendered;
2. 재판에 의하지 아니하고 소송절차가 종료되는 경우: 소송비용을 부담하게 하는 재판이 있기까지
2. Where the litigation proceedings are terminated otherwise than by a judgment: until the judgment ordering the bearing of litigation costs is rendered.
