화재로 인한 재해보상과 보험가입에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조의2(이의신청)

① 특수건물 관계인은 제12조제1항제1호에 따른 통지의 내용 중 특수건물에 해당한다는 사실에 관하여 이의가 있는 경우 통지를 받은 날부터 15일 내에 협회에 서면으로 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 협회는 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 날부터 15일 내에 특수건물 해당 여부를 확인한 결과와 새로운 안전점검 일자를 이의신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 15일 내에 결과를 알릴 수 없을 때에는 연장 사유를 이의신청인에게 통지하고 15일의 범위에서 한번만 연장할 수 있다.
