5ㆍ18민주화운동 등에 관한 특별법 제2조(공소시효의 정지)

1979년 12월 12일과 1980년 5월 18일을 전후하여 발생한 「헌정질서 파괴범죄의 공소시효 등에 관한 특례법」 제2조의 헌정질서 파괴범죄와 반인도적 범죄에 대하여 해당 범죄행위의 종료일부터 1993년 2월 24일까지의 기간은 공소시효의 진행이 정지된 것으로 본다. <개정 2021.1.5>
