고용보험법 시행령 제58조의2(실업급여수급계좌)

① 법 제37조의2제1항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유"란 다음 각 호의 모두에 해당하는 것을 말한다. <개정 2021.6.8>

② 직업안정기관의 장은 법 제37조의2제1항 단서에 따라 정보통신장애나 제1항의 사유로 인하여 실업급여를 법 제37조의2제1항 본문에 따른 수급자격자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "실업급여수급계좌"라 한다)로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 해당 실업급여 금액을 수급자격자에게 직접 현금으로 지급할 수 있다.

③ 직업안정기관의 장은 제61조에 따라 수급자격 인정신청을 한 사람에게 신청인이 원하는 경우에는 해당 실업급여를 실업급여수급계좌로 받을 수 있다는 사실을 안내하여야 한다.
