고위공직자범죄수사처 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제42조(징계의 집행)

① 징계의 집행은 견책의 경우에는 처장이 하고, 해임ㆍ면직ㆍ정직ㆍ감봉의 경우에는 처장의 제청으로 대통령이 한다.
