공무원연금법 시행령 제49조(행방불명된 사람의 퇴직급여 지급)

① 퇴직급여를 받을 권리가 있는 사람의 상속인(법 제3조에 따른 유족의 범위에 해당하여야 한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)이 될 사람이 법 제52조제1항에 따라 퇴직급여를 받으려는 경우에는 퇴직급여청구서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 공단에 제출하여야 한다.

② 법 제52조제3항 단서 및 같은 조 제4항 후단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 이자"란 각각 해당 연도마다 1월 1일 현재 전국은행이 적용하는 정기예금금리 중 가장 높은 금리를 적용한 이자를 말한다.

③ 법 제52조제4항 후단에 따라 급여액의 차액에 상당하는 금액을 받으려는 사람은 청구서를 공단에 제출하여야 한다.
