① 중앙행정기관의 장은 혁신도전형연구개발사업을 법 제15조의2제3항에 따라 동일한 연구주제에 대하여 복수의 연구기관 또는 연구자가 경쟁하는 연구개발 방식(이하 "경쟁형연구방식"이라 한다)으로 추진하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 방식을 선택하여 추진할 수 있다.
